The staff and the villa management excelled in communication. I could talk to them easily with a quick reply and prompt service when requested. I had a couple of problems which were resolved within 30 minutes! The location is very central to a lot of things,of course depending on what you're into, but for me it was good. There are a lot of eateries or small local kiosks, laundry, big Pepito shop for fancier Western groceries. The area is very busy, hence traffic jams. I love the pool view overlooking the rice fields, it's very quiet in the villa despite the busy area. The villa itself is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. They even provide you with few gallons of bottled water in the dispenser, so no need to buy water.

The sitting area in living room is not very comfortable. There is only a daybed and a lazy chair. A big sized couch would've been cozier. The staff or cleaner hang around a little too long, perhaps they must clock out a certain times, but most of the times when they're done cleaning, they just stay around in the kitchen doing nothing. Which gets a little awkward.

Good little house in a good location. Has indoor livingroom which is a bonus always.

Maybe the pool could have been a bit bigger.
