Pondok Sawah Asri

The garden and pool are absolute perfection. The villa could be a tent and we wouldn't care because outside is perfect! Family owned and operated, which is a nice personal touch. Breakfast made for us each morning if we wanted. Anything we needed could be arranged by Wayan, Asri and family, It was all very easy. We loved that the neighbourhood is scooter access only so there were no cars around. Nice quiet neighbourhood with everything you need nearby. 20 minute walk to main ubud area too so a really ideal location.

Everything was perfect! Worth noting that the internal of the property is showing signs of age, but it doesn't make it any less comfortable. You will get yourself and your luggage scootered down to the villa on arrival, so don't stress. The family will meet you and take you down.

We were warmly welcomed by the villa's friendly family members, who were always there to offer support and greeted us with kindness. The villa itself was cozy, clean, and a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality.

Stunning villa, Wayan and his lovely family couldn’t do enough for us! They were so friendly and the homemade breakfasts were delicious each day. The massages at the villa by Suyani are a must! She’s fantastic and it’s the perfect way to finish the day. The villa is just a short grab bike away from the main strip in Ubud but if you don’t fancy a bike there are restaurants within walking distance aswell.

The family made our stay stress-free and really enjoyable From the lovely breakfast made in the villa to the excellent advice on all matters in Ubud. We have recommended this villa to our friends and family for future visits

The property was clean, comfortable, and area very quiet but still easy to get around Ubud from. Loved the private pool! And the hospitality of the hosts was exceptional - it was truly a family run operation.

Family run, the hosts and all involved were very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. We loved the privacy and a lovely pool all to ourselves.

Nothing really, you have to accept that where the property is than there will be few ants etc and visits in the outside area, from geckos(which we loved).

I loved the boys who were very respectful and they treated you like family!

All was good. Just gotta bring your own brush n paste!

A bit hard to access as no cars can get in. But staff did their best to assist with their scooters.
