Villa Kaniksa

A good place for extended family to stay together. The villa is beautiful and clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. There is also security officer at night unlike other villas that we have read in the news with break-ins. This gave us more assurance.

Jacuzzi was not working and one of the room's doors cannot be locked. We could live with it, nonetheless. Will be good if they can be repaired soon.

From the moment i booked this villa i was surprised by the welcoming messages from the owners and the manager. The villa is amazing just like in the pictures if not better. It's so spacious and comfortable. The facilities are great. The pool is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Love the bed nets around all the beds. The beds all comfortable and each room has bathroom with full standing bath. The villa.has everything you could want. Most of all I was surprised by the management as this villa has full staff including a security guard that monitors the premises from the time the staff leave until they come back in the morning. I truly never felt more safer anywhere than here. And the staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They were there when you needed them and out of the way when you didn't. The manager was wonderful and tried to fulfil all our requests. The cooked for us, they also made a special birthday BBQ for my daughter and decorations. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place as its special and you will be truly looked after here. Thanks again to the owners Joroen and Ida, and manager Agustini and all the staff.

Everything! Clean, beautiful and luxurious. The staff here were just incredible and helped us with everything. I cannot recommend Villa Kaniksa highly enough.

The Villa is in a great location especially if you want to go snorkelling but also if you want to do a day trip to any location on the east side of the island. The rooms themselves are well furnished and each have the luxury of private ensuite bathroom. Overall great spot for a family holiday.

Not a criticism but be aware there are staff onsite 24 hours so can sometimes feel a bit awkward when wanting to access the kitchen for example

Fantastic villa by the sea. We stayed only 3 days and the only thing that could be improved is breakfast, they are exactly calculated as you want, eg an extra pancake may be a problem. For longer stays, it is worth asking for shopping.

This was an unexpected, amazing place to stay! Every one was very attentive, helpful and professional. The location was very good as well. It was very easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. We were picked up by drivers for tours and diving. Have already recommended this villa to our friends.
