Villa Istana 1 - Heart of Seminyak, 2Br, Sleeps 4

Great location off the Main Street and very close to everything. Loved the 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen and pool which we did not get to use as it was terrible weather - constant rain. The girl that came to clean everyday was lovely. The pool area and the villa itself was really pretty.

Unfortunately it was such bad rain that the inside of the lounge room leaked water from the roof.

The staff were exceptional, so nice and welcoming and excellent at their jobs. Front door was a bit annoying and hard to close, but otherwise, couldn't have asked for more.

Very difficult to find No access for vehicles, only motorcycles No hand wash at basins -only body lotion No outdoor eating area. Some minor maintenance needs to be carried out.

The location is so close to Bintang Supermarket, it was an oasis, very quiet, the rooms, beds, pool, gardens were amazing. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, Dian was an angel, i wish we could take her home and her nasi goreng breakfasts were the best we have tasted.

The location was excellent as only a 2 minute walk to the main street of Seminyak restaurants, shops and supermarket.

Although location is great, it can be noisy at times with local roosters and dogs early in the mornings.

Garden and pool, spaciousness of the villa, the manager and butler welcoming us, butler dian cooking local dishes for us, massage in-villa thanks to their excellent recommendation.

The Villa was lovely, and everything was clean, ready and comfortable. The staff Dian was very accommodating and welcoming, such a beautiful soul!

Only thing is its a little bit down an alley in with locals, which can be intimidating late at night.
