The villa itself is lovely and the space inside was larger than we anticipated so this was the one positive, it was also very nice to have a private pool!

The property was not accurately represented in many ways. The doors from the main bedroom directly facing the pool does not lock, meaning the villa is not fully secure. There is also broken decking around the bathtub which could be a safety hazard. The biggest issue we faced and is not mentioned is that there is a large construction site directly opposite the property which caused extremely loud noise throughout the day. The building work started between 7–8am and continued as late as 9:30pm, including constant drilling and heavy construction noise. The noise was so disruptive that it was impossible to relax in the villa during the day, and we often had to leave because it was unbearable to stay inside. This construction site is clearly not new, as the area opposite the villa is a half-completed building site, so it is difficult to believe the host was unaware of it. What was most frustrating is that the construction was not mentioned anywhere in the listing before booking. When we contacted the accommodation about the issue, they took no responsibility and claimed the construction was “new” to them, stating that it should finish at 4pm — unfortunately this was not accurate. At no point did they offer any form of refund or partial refund, despite us sending multiple videos showing the disruption. Due to the severity of the noise we decided to cut our stay short and leave early. It is a shame because the villa has a lot of potential. However, the undisclosed construction significantly affected what should have been a relaxing stay, and the situation may have felt different if we had received a more understanding or helpful response from the host. I’m not one for writing negative reviews however, I would hate for anyone to be as disappointed as we are once arriving.

Poloha vily bola super neďaleko od centra Canggu. Veľké plus za pohodlnú posteľ. Súkromie a vlastný bazén. Pani, ktorá nám nosila raňajky a upratovala bola veľmi milá. Sprej proti škodcom a raid do zástrčky sa vám veľmi zíde, ktoré bolo poskytnuté na izbe.

Kuchyňa, tým že bola vonku, tak nebola až taká čistá.
