Villa Tenang

This villa is even more stunning in real life! We absolutely loved this beautiful home, in such a peaceful and natural setting! We loved it being a short 10min stroll to the main road, lots of great casual and fancy warongs on the stroll (La Luz was our fav!), mostly we walked it but occasionally got scooters which was so fun, especially a fun welcome when we first arrived at midnight! The hospitality was beyond gorgeous from the Wayans and Ida. The filtered water provided was safe for drinking etc which was great! We loved the location, it was so quiet and peaceful and close to the hustle and bustle but not too close! We saw around their brand new 2BR villa next door and its just as stunning too! Such gorgeous taste!

The only thing we could think of was a longstanding mirror would be handy, even if it was just in the loungeroom against a wall or in the garden. 😊

The villa was spacious and we loved the open air living space downstairs. The pool and gardens are gorgeous and so well maintained. It was an excellent villa for my family. The staff were so accommodating and helped us when our driver got lost.

Initially, the location of the villa seemed a bit remote and difficult to get to (can only walk or ride a scooter). But after a day of finding out bearings, this actually became a positive. The villa felt very quiet and peaceful.

The privacy, no noise, as away from the main road. Beautiful breakfast every day. We were surprised with a bali feast served in the villa . This was amazing and so delicious. The only thing missing was wine glasses which I mentioned and they appeared soon after. The private pool was so nice. Short walk to so many little warungs cooking authentic cheap meals. We hired a bike from the villa to pick up drinks etc. It was tucked away from the busyness of Bali, but so good to relax. A short $10 aus taxi to town

This villa is stunning 😍. Our family consists of 2 x 40 year olds and 2 children aged 13 and 11 and we stayed 4 nights. Wayan, who is the host, is so kind & and caring, & nothing was too much trouble. The TV outside is great for chill times whilst in the gorgeous and very cool pool. There is plenty of places to eat if you are happy to walk 10 to 15 minutes. We hired a scooter for 12 Aussie dollars a day, to get in and out as it can sometimes be dark and tiring, especially with kids. There is a full sized fridge and cooking facilities, however no cooking equipment (I am sure we could have got them if we asked) The breakfast was delicious and fresh each day. Was also always on time. The water pressure was the best we have experienced in bali, and was nice and hot. The air conditioners work really well. Overall we totally recommend.

The only minor suggestions we have are - * having a toaster would be super beneficial for families especially * the beds are quite uncomfortable, maybe a topper on the mattresses would help? (Maybe we are a tad fussy? Our kids were fine) * to have a sun lounge would just amplify the experience!!

Проживали на вилле в июле 2025. Семья из 5 человек. Все прекрасно! Встретили, отвезли, проводили, завтраками кормили. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Вилла отличная! Все соответствует фотографиям. Вернемся ещё и рекомендуем всем! Спасибо!

Mooi huis met ruime kamers.

Het was best ver van Ubud centrum vandaan. De laatste 2 km was alleen toegankelijk via de motor/brommer.
