It's a little hard to find, but that's a good thing, as you feel a larger sense of privacy, which is hard to find around Seminyak. My host was extremely professional and friendly and willing to help me find my way around and how to book excursions, amongst other things. My villa was very private, clean and comfortable. The layout suited what I wanted 100%. Especially loved the outdoor shower amongst plants and trees. The bedroom was lovely, and the very large bed was extremely comfortable. There are several sun traps in there should you not want to hit the beach, and the pool is lovely enough to plunge and do a few short lengths at your leisure. The living/dining area was just great! Sofa, clever little dining table and chairs with fully equipped kitchen (need for nothing other than food and drinks). Oh, and the fully stocked chilled water machine came in very handy. And on those early nights when you just want to chill with Netflix, you can enjoy the wall-mounted TV. There's also a decent speaker system in there for your party nights, but don't be too loud. The on-site restaurant was perfect for breakfast, brunch or lunch and next to it was a laundry service. The staff there had the largest smiles I've seen :-) Can't recommend highly enough, and I miss it a lot (going back in December).

I honestly can't fault the place, but finding it is difficult if you order a taxi or food etc, through Gojek, which is the Uber of Bali, but you can just stroll to the main street and give people a landmark to meet at for such things. Once you know where it is, you're on! And it's a ten-minute walk to Double Six Beach, which is awesome for sunsets.

We were on holiday to celebrate a significant birthday and were upgraded on the 1st night by the Manager Rani😊 The staff were very polite and responsive whenever we needed help. The villa was called Villa Ley 2 and was a 2 bed 2 bathroom villa with undercover outdoor kitchen and lounge. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and the outdoor areas have fans. The villa is part of a complex of villas. Located in the centre of Seminyak, a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa was super quiet and kept in excellent condition. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The private pool within the villa, grounds and villa itself were well maintained and very clean. "The Grounds" was a cafe just outside the front door of the complex and we had b'fast there every day for around 800,000IDR pp. The staff there were lovely and the kitchen was super clean. We'll definitely return to this villa in the future. Excellent first visit to Bali and the accommodation was a big part of that.

Nothing, everything was great!

The location was excellent with everything at your door step. Great local restaurants such as Santorini and Frankie’s. It was hard to find however if you reference JL Arjuna - Hotel Pearl drivers seemed to find it. The villa was always neat and clean. The outdoor shower was excellent with great pressure, privacy and hot water. There was a great speaker in the villa so no need to take your own. The sun lounges were a bonus in the villa as well.

Please note that these were minor. The bed was a bit hard for our liking. The stone road at night time was dark in places but there is a torch provided or use the torch on your phone. Unfortunately no blender to make cocktails 🍹 so just go down to the beach to watch the sunset and have them made for you.

unfortunately the pool was very heavily chlorinated making it unpleasant to swim in ( stinging my skin). I have not had this issue I any other Balinese pool. One of the reasons I got a Villa was to have a private pool to use so was a little disappointed with this.

It looked just like the pictures. Loved the central location.

location is near to resto and beach. the pool is nice surprisingly.

the location is quite difficult to be found, but after you found it, it's only walking distance to the jalan arjuna.

Great location, close to the beach, close to the Main Street and numerous of supermarkets. Very clean.
