SaffronStays Paradise Pines, Dehradun - cliff villa with valley & forest views

1. Staff was courteous and well trained 2. Had Breakfast and Dinner, it was fantastic especially Curry Chicken made by Rawat Ji 3. You get 4 Teas per day for free which is plentiful 4. View from the property is something else 5. There is a lot of space to walk around the property 6. Its roughly 10 minutes away from Rajpur Road and some really fantastic Cafes 7. Swiggy/Blinkit were usable and took barely any time to have anything delivered

1. The bathroom has a window which is viewable from outside which should not be the case 2. The TV is a bit small in size given the size of the room and distance from the sofa. I think it needs atleast a 55 inch one 3. There was a very distinct woody taste in the tea/milk not sure why that was. Might be the cooking vessel. The drinks weren't ruined by it but you might want to take a look. 4. Some source of warm light like lamps would be nice as all other lights are bright white 5. Soap dispenser for washing hand would be nice 6. Price to me seemed a bit steep especially if someone is planning a long stay

I had a very unpleasant experience and I feel cheated . My family fell sick due to the unhygienic condition in the villa . I checked out of the villa two days before my check out date as the health of my family was deteriorating. I have sent a detailed feedback on mail on 16/10/23 and I am awaiting a revert from booking.com on the status of full refund of my payment .

The best thing is the location, the ambience and the unique interiors of the Wood House. View is excellent and it is a great place to have quality time with family & friends.

The property is not Super Senior people friendly. No Ramps for wheel chairs, no railing on stairs, safety while climbing the 3-4 steps is a concern because of poor lighting and nails on the floor. The staff needs to be more professional. They just provide basic support. No gourmet meals or even a decent breakfast. Homely Food at the place is available but nothing special or exotic.

The location of the home, the hospitality and the home-cooked meals were just fab. The best part of the stay was the hugee lawn and the stunning view!

Had a wonderful time at this luxurious wood house. The views are absolutely amazing. Such large open lawns. Our group was able to spend a fun filled day in the lawns and a cozy evening scene in the drawing room. The facilities are on point, service is great. Will surely visit again
