EKOSTAY- Caribbean Villa

Couple privacy is not comfortable for swimming in the pool at the other person's house all activity easily see that

Villa is a very nice care taker for coordinating very good behavior

Great property, Ekostay had- Caribbean Villa. Beautifully constructed. They has open kitchen which take this property on 10/10 Level as i love open kitchen and dinning area. Food was tasty made by the Ekostay Chef. The caretakes was helpful. Bedroom's, bathroom's and overall villa was very clean. Must visit in monsoon, we was lucky to enjoy monsoon in may month.

Nice villa, we all had wonderful time in the villa. As it was raining yesterday, we enjoyed real rain dance in the the pool as its middle in the villa. after that we enjoyed evening Breakfast which was yummy. All time meal was serve by Ekostay Chef, he made tasty food. Over all the property was clean and well maintained. Wonderful Stay!

Its is very big property. Beautifully Designed. Very peaceful place. We will visit again in the Monsoon. Garden area gives us eye cooling view and freshness. Full villa is very well maintained by the property manager. Big Swimming pool. Food made by chef was very yummy. Bedrooms and bathroom's was clean. All Amenities was in good conditions.

1) Caretaker Satish, Operation manager Gufran and Sales head Rachana of Ecostay all of them are rude. 2) Pre booking they talk sweetly and Post booking its like this what you will get do whatever you want. The sales person says in a group of friends only the person who booked the property can complain and no one else should talk from the group. 3) Swimming pools are closed after 10:00 pm and it is not mentioned anywhere in the villa that we stayed nor in booking.com and not even the caretaker informed us. 4) Floors are slippery and 2 friends fell while walking at night. 5) Lots of mosquitoes. 6) Electricity was not there the entire night. 7) Gufran feels will make you feel as if it's a school picnic and he is your school teacher. 8) The only word we get to hear across is NO for whatever we have requested for. 9) They try to scam you by saying something or the other is missing so that they can reduce from the deposit amount of 5000, be alert and ask for CCTV proofs. 10) The image and reality are totally different.

Nothing positive to be said about this property. 1) Image and Actual doesn't match. photos are edited are uploaded. It's a scam 2)The swimming pool can't be used in the morning even before checkout time and no where it is mentioned in the 4BHK property. 3) There was no electricity in the property the whole night. 4) The caretaker Satish Kumar was very rude and no customer service was provided. 5) When contacted Operation manager Gufran he was like this is what happens in the property and we can't provide any service and disconnected the call rudely. 6) Post booking service is the worst. 7) We came and had a call with the sales person Rachana and it was agreed that we would check out at 12 pm but Gufran started saying we did not get any official communication from Rachana and you did not have a written communication from Rachana and you have to checkout by 11 am and their Sales team logs in by 11 am. It was so much of a mess that we could hardly enjoy the break. 9) Offline booking they charge double than online booking. 10) Floors are slippery and 2 person fell because of it 11) They started alleging that a glass and carrom striker was missing and wanted to deduct charges and when asked for proof they started checking CCTV and couldn’t provide any proof
