"Can't get any better"

It was a difficult decision to book this one after looking at the reviews this one has on the platform. We still went ahead as it was a last minute plan. After we arrived at the property we realized all the reviews are wrong and the property is totally awesome. The pool position is perfect Infront of the villa as well it is very secluded away from other people's eyes.

"Great experience in lakefront villa"

The property has a cute lawn with nice pool. Our friends group booked this place for a get-together which went great because of their service. Do not forget to book food as well because restaurants are quite far and expensive compared to what they charge for their own food.

It is not very close from Mandwa but it is close from Alibaug

Looks good only in picture. Lights during night and tv access only were decent to mention.

Location of the property is worst. Anything we order is delivered for a additional fee of INR 100. No sightseeing nearby. Roads are bad. All artificial, staged villa for photo. Grass is plastic sheets not natural, stones are not laid properly, haphazard construction made to look good in photos. Not kids friendly. Commute from this property is very difficult. Very expensive. Completely isolated, lot of insects due to nearby lake.

"we managed to make the best of our stay due to the people who joined us or else by itself the property is a let down."

one with nature. bedrooms on lower level. good amount of open area.

stairs to the upper living room poorly constructed. upper living room was shabby. caretaker was not at all interested in customer service. he was of no use and was reluctant to help out. we had to ask everything. this attitude could be detrimental to the property advert. no extra towels, no blankets, no breakfast, no making tea etc etc. pool was dirty and asked him to clean again. very negative approach.
