Greenwood Bungalow Heritage In the heart of Ooty

I don't like anything in this property..this property staffs are only money minded..I have booked 2 bedroom in this villa...based on season and demand, they have cancelled my booking..I came to know once I have arrived to villa... directly they have told me there will be no confirmation from booking.com...i ve tried to contact booking.com..there will be no use..I have felt tragedy..with my family... don't trust this kind of money minded Villas and don't encourage this Green wood bunglow to anyone one else...be aware folks... don't book this Greenwood bunglow Ooty..vinith he is the culprit there...dont trust him...very worst....🔥❌🤬😡🤯💦👎❌🚫🚷

Very good location and gardening is amazing

Pillow and bet is too dirty then food quality is not bad but price is too high night I orderd High tea Onion pakoda 7× 160 = 1120 Tea. 15× 50 = 750 Dinner. 16× 500=8000 Breakfast. 16× 300 = 4800 (2idly and 150g Pongal sambar and coconut chutney only) BBQ. 3kg ×1500 = 4500 too much costing BORN FIRE. = 1800 total =20970 GST. =3774 Grand total=24744

We booked Greenwood Bungalow expecting privacy and a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, while we were out, we returned to find several outsiders and staff inside the house — without our knowledge or permission. They claimed it was for a "shooting," but we were never informed at any point. To make things worse, the staff walked into the house, bedrooms, and even the dining area with their shoes on. The place became dirty and unhygienic — totally unacceptable. What shocked us more was that one of the staff told us the filming crew had already booked the place for a full month — even before we made our reservation. Yet StayVista still gave us a 2-night stay in the middle of that month, without disclosing anything. This is pure dishonesty and total lack of professionalism. StayVista cannot be trusted. They clearly care more about money than guest privacy, cleanliness, or respect. No effort was made to inform us, and no proper apology was given — only excuses. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a stressful, frustrating experience. We strongly warn others — if you're expecting privacy, hygiene, or even basic respect, stay away from this place. Don’t fall for the polished photos or fake promises. Unless the management changes, this place is absolutely not worth your time or money.
