West Vally Villa - Casa West

On the positive side, the location was excellent — very accessible and close to major attractions, which made getting around easy and convenient. The view from the property was beautiful and definitely added to the overall ambiance. The house itself was spacious and well-designed, with good-sized rooms that made the stay comfortable

The property does need better maintenance. The blankets and bedding didn’t feel fresh, and some even had signs of fungus, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the ceiling was dripping with water in living area, and the gas stove wasn’t functioning properly, which made using the kitchen difficult

It was a very comfortable stay. The place and the villa, both are beautiful. I really enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend it. The staff is good as well.

Nothing much to dislike. The water heater system was not up to the mark but they are very responsive and I'm sure they will resolve any issue that comes up with the right feedback.

The property was nicely built and worth staying at.

1. Coordination of booking.com and the property lister was pathetic. 2. They didn’t follow booking.coms confirmation policy. They said it’s not valid for us. They demanded the total amount before hand at checkin to confirm our booking. 3. The A/C was not working in one of the bedrooms. 4. TV was not working in both the rooms. And the only TV in the hall had no dish connection. 5. The pool was also not very clean.

Indeed an amazing stay Clean pool and serene location with helpful staff at the property. Although the food come’s from the management’s nearby villa, it was homely cooked warm and tasty. All the mentioned amenities were in place clean and hygienic. Would surely recommend to my close friends and family. Would like to visit again!!! Thanx Atul for gr8 vacation

Property location is best ! Rooms are spacious and we’re clean including all the Lenin, towels. Pool was good especially patio area. fully equipped kitchenette. external space is great with lawns and sitting arrangements. Especially Booking team ( Mayuri) was so helpful and supportive kept checking all the comfort and care take was available immediately whenever you needed.

Had a very nice stay in this beautiful property. It’s a well maintained and peaceful villa. The staff were very friendly and gave us a good service. The pool was very nice and clean. The food was also good with pocket friendly rates. Very nice villa to visit with family and friends.
