Exclusive 2BHK Private Beach Living

The villas were beautifully maintained, with a stunning beachfront view. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant.

There was nothing significant to dislike.

Location is good. Has private access to public beach. It is a Row house in a society of Row houses. Row house has hall and small kitchen on ground floor and two bedrooms on first floor. It was clean, AC worked decently. 1 hour was allocated in small swimming pool. Wifi was 4G hotspot which worked well. Owner was very responsive to queries asked and answered them promptly on whatsapp. He also shared the photos and video . Could order from Zomato and Swiggy. Also if you have car, there are few options for food in ECR and Paddur. They have inverter which had backup for light and fan. Could park outside the door. Good for group upto 4. Difficult to fit more people

Rooms are small, especially bedrooms. Some more thought can be put. Door mat was missing at main door, there was no place (stand) to put your wet clothes, which is essential when coming back from beach. Beach is not super clean. The garbage is dumped just at the back of house in adjoining plot, which looked ugly. Hall had comfortable seating space for 3. When I first queried the owner about the Google reviews of the property, he said he will make sure no issues faced and shared pics of his new property, which looked very spanky and posh. It turned out that it was not the property that we rented, The one we rented was much more modest. This lead to misinterpretation. Fan in both bedrooms and hall only worked on full speed. So if you want reduced speed of fan, then not possible

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coral Drive Villas Beach Villa in ECR, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the location is simply breathtaking. The villa is nestled right by the pristine ECR beach, and I woke up to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore every morning. The view from my room was like a postcard, with the golden sands stretching out as far as the eye could see. It was a slice of paradise.

Nothing which I did not like because everything as per my expectation and nothing disappoint me at all the way. I'm very much impressed with owners because they understand customers pain. So I didn't face any issue here

Beach was a short walk. Swimming pool was best avoided, a breeding ground for insects.

Electrical switches were falling apart. Couldn't control the fans, couldn't get the geyser to work. Toiletries were missing in the upstairs bathroom. Villa was booked for 4 adults, we got 2 towels.
