Villa Candolim

They disnt pickup the phone and i couldnt find the location as it was very difficult to reach.. somehow i found the location only to know that the property was already occupied by some other guests

Its location.

Needs refurbishing. Very poor floor, poor sanitary fittings, poor furniture, poor swimming pool.

Very close to Candolim City Center Secluded, peaceful and good parking Kids loved the pool and easy access Easy home delivery access to restaurants and shopping

Internet was patchy

Very rustic but well equipped and ideally located

Only one key available which made it difficult if my son and I were doing different activities

1. Sofa iniving room was damaged. 2. There was a rat in the house. 3. Villa's paint is in very bad shape.

The pool at the common area was really nice. The service of the owner was also really good. At some point one of the AC's stopped working and the owner made sure it got fixed the same night.

The check-in was really confusing. We arrived late at night at the property and the security guard had no idea where we had to go and didn't know anything about it. The owner did not pick up his phone for a long while so we had to wait outside at night pretty long. After about five calls he finally picked up and we got to the villa. Since it's quite a big property with multiple houses and buildings it was really confusing. The owner could have informed us better on where to go or where to meet up.
