This property is absolutely exceptional, in every way. Beautiful to stay in, impeccable maintained, very comfortable with stunning views, perfectly located within Oía but quiet and relaxing too. I cannot speak more highly of how wonderful it was to stay here. Absolutely amazing!! Like heaven on earth. So sad to leave.

This is an exceptional property located right in the heart of Oia. It comprises of two designer styled apartments each with their own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The upper level apartment is the smaller of the two but has a terrific view of the caldera and Oia village. They both share a lower level terrace with cave pool. It is the perfect option for two couples as you can have your own space if needed. There are three different balconies each providing different views of the caldera and Oia village. The lower level terrace is super private which is rare in Oia. Ivana and Ned were amazing hosts and always responded to any of our requests through WhatsApp. Breakfast each day was delicious and delivered promptly on time. I’ve stayed in many different cave villas in Santorini and this was the best one. It is truly special!!

This is minor and something you can’t help when staying on a volcanic island but we found everything including the outdoor furniture to be covered in a layer of dust. It would have been good to get this cleaned/wipe each day. Everything else was perfect!

The location could not be more perfect. The host made every effort to make us comfortable and arrival and departure easy. Breakfast was exceptional and served right on time every day. Stocking the place with water, tea, sparkling wine and light snacks was a nice touch.

Bed way too soft for someone with back problem. A shower bidet could be a great addition in the toilet.
