We loved the location, the two hot tubs (one inside and one outside). Both were kept at suitable temperatures. The bed was comfortable and the place had a good amount of sockets/plugs. The kitchen had a decent amount of crockery and bathroom though small waa beautiful. The whole place was gobsmackingly beautiful. With the excellent location, we were able to get up early before the crowds and walk all over Oia. The staff were also great. The young lady met us at the drop off and gave us lots of helpful information.

The breakfast. The variety was minimal and it arrived daily in cardboard boxes. All the villas next door had their breakfasts laid out on trays with what appeared to be a wide selection. This was what I expected (since I had stayed in a similar property before) but was disappointed. It was also late on a couple of mornings. Unfortunately, the breakfast alone, for the price we paid means we will not be back.

Our experience was fantastic in every detail. Our host Maria helped us book our transfer to Oia and for our surprise we had Eleni and a kind man waiting for us when we get there to help us with our bags and guide us until our room. First view you get when you are going down in the stairs is breathtaking, and then when we finally got to the room we thought we want to stay here forever. Eleni was always so ready to support us with recommendations of restaurants, reservations for tours and all. We will definitely come back and stay here again in our next time in Greece

The only 2 redeeming aspects of the property - - location (pretty central to all cafés restaurants and main square, though the views are corner view of the caldera and there are properties with better views) - the concierge service operated by Eleni . She was a total sweetheart, very prompt, gave good restaurant recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. I have given 4 stars only for her.

Where do I even begin with our series of disappointments. My partner and I were really excited to stay at this luxurious boutique villa overlooking the caldera. Having paid almost £600/ night for 3 nights, we thought we would be pampered and how. However , the experience was quite the opposite- 1. the breakfast - extremely poor quality packed food (£10 packed meal with no options and substandard food. other villas has butler service with choice of exotic fruits, veggies. here you get some scrambled eggs,or sad granola with green yogurt with 4 cut pieces of pear) , one croissant and one glass orange juice. No fresh coffee/tea. Definitely not breakfast of champions. We ended up spending 100£ + for our breakfast from the next door cafe. I was appalled to see the quality and quantity of breakfast because Greece offers such amazing breakfast options and Greek food overall has been outstanding at any of the restaurants n bars. 2. location - the location is underwhelming. While it is centrally located and “offers views of caldera”, mind you, the view is from an angle. Very clever marketing. 3. Pool- the pool is a scam too. it’s a jacuzzi without heated water so one can’t use it in evenings. the size is laughable (2 audits can barely fit in) and other places offer far more fancier plunge pools. 4. Jacuzzi inside the room- we didn’t use it but the room constantly had a whiff of chlorine.Very unpleasant smell. 5. Transport - we thought spending £1700+ for 3 nights meant luxurious pick up and drop. Instead a mini bus was sent to us at extra charge. No premium experience. No bottled water during the 30 min journey, or snacks. I feel the host really skimmed on extras and went to offer “bare minimum” 7. Poor air con- The AC was as good as non existent . Even at 18C, the room was barely cool. 6. Poor overall service - I really hope the host Maria takes this review in spirit and becomes a bit generous with guests.

The property was the place of my dreams- the view, the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, the blue tiled bathroom. But the service we had from Eleni and Maria was exceptional. Anything we needed- taxis, restaurant recommendations, Eleni stayed in touch via WhatsApp and helped. And we could choose breakfast everyday and it was delivered to our room! They really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

The staff was exceptional. The location was very nice. It was very clean. The place was very spacious.

The pillows were not comfortable.
