Beautiful property! Perfect for a group setting, staff were super lovely and organised daily breakfast, massages and a lovely dinner at request. Very good value for money.

"We didn't sleep alone: accompanied by lizards and mold."

- Dream design of the house - Very pleasant pool - Nice floating breakfast, even not very good quality

- The entire house smells of mold. - It is surrounded by rice fields that are worked on at 8 in the morning and where the grass is cut. - The road to the center of Ubud is made of dirt and stone. - The shower drainage is inadequate. - The room doors, when closed, leave a 1 cm gap through which lizards roam all night. - Low quality fruits at breakfast

"The villa was lovely, location remote, staff not always able to meet our requests"

The location is remote with an extremely rough access road. Unable to walk to shops or cafes so reliant on transport (if they would come) maybe worth paying for a full time driver

Not enough glasses and cups in the kitchen. We had to keep asking for pool towels and bathroom towels not changed regularly. The kitchen sink was leaking and staff were trying to fix it but not successful

Beautiful Villa and attentive staff which definitely made the stay very relaxing.

road to the property is very tricky to navigate, especially for larger groups travelling in minibuses.
