Bali Jade Villas

Kind people, very nice villa with great swimmingpool

Beds so comfortable, daughter was allowed to stay 2 nights free, staff were amazing, clean, location was excellent, pool area was lovely, pool very clean and well maintained, our washing was done for us,

Lots of dogs around - sometimes a bit scary, we had a rat 😩 however staff were fantastic in getting rid of it for us, lounge area quite warm - maybe a pedestal fan might help although not unbearably hot, area flooded with heavy rain

We arrived very early in the morning. So had to wait for staff to give us the key. We had to wait about 20 minutes. Ayu, the housekeeper, was excellent. She washed our clothes daily and kept the place very clean. It was great to have drinking water available and the pool was lovely to swim in after a long day of touring. Rooms were nice and roomy. The villa was close to the shops and restaurant and easy walk to Glo salon.

The bed is on the hard side. Would suggest having a small bottle of milk and tea / coffee for guest arrival, especially as the shops were all closed when we arrived. Noise from the bars/restaurant carried to Villa No. 5 and we had to buy a pedestal fan at the end to help mask the sound and to also have air circulation in the room. The only TV was in the lounge which was not ideal as the mosquitoes were a bit bitey. Ideally a small TV in the rooms would be preferred. The curtains did not block the light and we got woken up when the sun rose (6.10am). Block out curtains would have been good.

Loved the location so close to the beach and walking distance to shops etc. The Villa was beautiful and safe. A big thank you to our lovely Anyu who looked after us also to the gardener and pool boy who came each day. Already missing them.

Slight mis Communication error on the location due to change of address in villa's we stayed at the Bali emerald villa's we were in E2 and our house keeper was excellent very lovely person 😀

Fantastic staff, everything was in perfect order. Clean, the pool was great.

is starting to look tired. could do with some freshening up. bathroom ceiling leaked and by the look of the ceiling has done so for a while.

Staff were fantastic , location and pool were awesome. Size of villa and pool were great.

Beds very hard, lounge very uncomfortable, roof leaked several times, broken tiles in lounge room and tiles in second bedroom all broken around the bath, paint coming off walls in main bedroom. Lounge covering and pillows torn and very worn, not a good look. Asked for twin beds on booking with no responce, on arrival was told there was no such thing available and we would have to book 3rd bedroom for an extra $1000. After seeing a 2 bd villa that was well looked after, we were very disappointed in what our $4500.00 got us.
