Holiday home Aprilis with pool, jacuzzi and sauna

Secluded and quite location, with countryside feel to it (roosters wake you up in the morning, though not too early :D). We really liked facilities, especially toys and outside area for kids. It's a great place to relax with kids in a secluded and safe environment, where they have a lot of things to do, and you can keep them in your sight. Hosts are great, and welcoming charcuterie board was a great (and unexpected) addition. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back, especially as our kid hasn't stopped asking when are we going back. :D

Everything was really good. If we had to extremely (but extremely) nitpick, pool is shared with other apartments on the property, even though while we were there no one was at the pool besides us (pics lead us to believe it is completely private pool, but quite possibly it's what our eyes wanted to see :D).

This property has everything which is listed. Very well maintained and clean. It’s a great spot to chillout for family with kids without need to worry about them. Swimming pool is great and very clean. Trampoline , ps5 , playground, ping pong are nice additions to make stay enjoyable for younger and little bit older kids. Sauna and jacuzzi also very good especially in the evening to relax after sightseeing nearby cities - Sukosan, Zadar , Biograd na Moru, all with 10-30’ driving distance. Hosts are very kind people didn't give you a lot of privacy , but when needed they are always available on request to help out with recommendations etc. Definitely place to be , would love to come back !

Beautiful little house in a quiet village above Sukošan (Zadar). Perfect for a short weekend to relax and chill and avoid the overcrowded coastal towns.

Property does not inform you that this is NOT a private house with a pool. You will have other people there. there are at least 2-3 other apartments on the premises so you will not have a pool to yourself.

We loved everything. The house is beautiful, the terrace is great, the garden, park and the pool was perfect for our children. The trampoline was a great bonus. We had everything we needed right here. I would recommend this to anyone with kids who wants to rest and relax. The hosts are very nice and friendly.

We have loved absolutely everything about the holiday home. The house was clean, everything we needed was there. The children loved the garden and the swimming pool was wonderful. The host was extremely helpful with suggesting places to visit and eat. The location and was nice and quiet and close enough to Zadar by car. We will definitely be back one day soon. Thank you for wonderful stay.
