"Great but not perfect"

Accommodation was good / almost great. Ms. Biljana was amazing. Very helpful with everything, always nice and polite. Villa itself was nice but it would take a few thousands euros to make it great. There were a lot of little things that need to be fixed up, and the villa will be perfect.

The accommodation was nice, but it's clear that it needs some investment. There were occasional issues like a non-working switch or outlet, a broken coffee maker, spotty Wi-Fi, and similar little things. Don't get me wrong—overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
