Damp and Moldy Towels: The towels provided in our room were consistently damp and emitted a strong smell of mold, which was very unpleasant. Bedding Issues: The bedding in our room was not only discolored but also emitted a noticeable moldy odor, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Dirty and Moldy Walls: We observed that the walls in our accommodation were visibly dirty and moldy, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness. Low Water Pressure in Bathroom Tap: The water pressure in the bathroom tap was extremely low, making it nearly impossible to carry out essential personal hygiene activities. Non-functional Kitchenette Tap: The tap in the kitchenette did not work at all, preventing us from washing dishes and negatively impacting our ability to maintain a clean living space. Construction Site Noise: The presence of a nearby construction site led to constant and disruptive noise, both during the day and at night, significantly affecting our sleep and rest. Overall Unhygienic Conditions: The entire villa presented an unclean and unsanitary environment, further diminishing the quality of our stay. Faulty Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in our room did not function properly, resulting in uncomfortably warm conditions. Misrepresentation by Hotel Owner: We were misled by the hotel owner, who falsely identified herself as a representative of booking.com. She assured us of a full refund if we canceled within 15 minutes of her call, which turned out to be untrue. Poorly Maintained Access Road: The road leading to the hotel was uneven and poorly lit, creating safety concerns for guests arriving or leaving the premises.

Great location and value for money. No frills but clean and basic. Bit of construction to walk past to get to the villa but no noise disturbances. All in all, great stay.

Somehow mosquitos were getting in our room

I enjoyed the pool the place is gorgeous. I just wish I know I had to walk in the dark when I get to the villa. There is no light walking to the villa. But, Thanks to the construction workers they have a little light that reflects on the way.

No Mirror in the bedroom no where to see your ootd☺️

Very nice villa. Amazing for a couple. Good location. The guy who care and clean the villa, it’s really nice, kind and always available!

The pool is without the steps, a bit hard to go out.

Never anyone around to help or clean, first villa was so noisy and ended up with no water so got moved to another villa, but the water system is so noisy at night it keeps you awake and the AC is also very old, plus loads of mosquito too probably because it’s next to a swamp. Worst thing is there is no one to speak to about cleaning or any of your complaints as if they don’t care
