Quiet Villa near Split, Heated Pool, View, Nature

De host was erg aardig en meedenkend. Het huis was heel comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat ons betreft perfect voor deze vakantie.

We kunnen niets bedenken. Alles is ons meegevallen.

The views of the fortress and pool area are very dreamy. Also, Marco made sure we had an excellent stay by answering all of our requests. I would love to stay there again one day!

I liked everything. The view of the fortress was a great bonus I didn’t even know would be there.

Villaen var virkelig lækker, men gode udendørsfaciliteter. Poolen havde en perfekt størrelse, og der var massere af køkkenudstyr og tilbehør til rådighed, i både indendørs og udendørskøkkenet. Marko var en super hjælpsom og venlig vært, der tilbød at køre os til supermarkedet og slagteren, og tilbage igen. Vi følte ikke der manglede noget, og vi kan kun anbefale denne villa til andre.

Great location very close to Klis castle. Shop, bar and pizzeria all nearby Lovely garden and heated swimming pool and BBQ area. Host Marko was very friendly and helpful - did everything to help us enjoy our stay, including guiding us to the main supermarket in town and helping us buy meat at his favourite butchers! Air conditioning in main bedroom kept me nice and cool in the hot weather Mosquito nets on windows throughout

Parking at front of the house was a bit tight to access, but got used to it over the time we were there

The house and grounds are fantastic and Marko and Roberta were incredible hosts who couldn’t do enough for you. Marko is available at any time, hand delivering a home made cake and charcuterie board and also helped us hugely when one of our party needed some medical help. The outdoor space in particular is a joy and everything is very well thought out making life very easy, exactly as you want on holiday.

Everything was in order. Everything was clean and there was nothing we missed. If there was the house owners would help us immediately.

Ik honestly liked everything about the property. The kind house owners helped us with everything.

The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We have never stayed anywhere that is so well stocked with all the essentials! My special thanks go to Marco for kindly adding a kettle when I mentioned wanting to make a proper cup of tea (although the indoor kitchen also has a very good coffee machine). The garden is really beautiful and extra special in the evening. We spent a lot of time in the sizable outside kitchen..... who knew that life could be made perfect just watching dinner cooking on a wood fire, grabbing cold drinks from the wine fridge and loading the dishwasher, all while enjoying the perfect Mediterranean weather. Thank you Marco for working so hard to ensure we had the best possible holiday experience. The pool area was cleaned every day and we had fresh linens and towels half way through our visit We especially enjoyed the home-made olive oil, cherry liquor, fresh figs and fabulous chocolate cake. Marco also took my husband and son on a short car trip to the local butchers for meat for the BBQ. The best host ever. xx The house is less than a minute's walk from the village centre where you can find a little supermarket (lovely fresh bread and friendly staff), cafe, bar/pizzeria (handy for good takeaway pizza), ATM machine, pharmacy, post office and the bus stop. There is a very regular bus service into Split but we chose to take Ubers (20 minutes to the old town) which are good value for money if you are a bigger group (we were a family of 6 adults). A day trip to Trogir is worth it for the food market alone (we went on a Thursday), the fresh fruit and vegetable stalls are incredible. We also recommend the short walk up to Klis fortress. Amazing views across Split. Daytime, sunset or after dark, the view doesn't disappoint....... neither does the house.

Lots of places in Split still only take cash.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Answered all the questions we had, also gave some recomendations. Hosts also helped with tasty and fresh fish with delivery to door. Excellent outside area with all needed facilities. All equipment was shining like brand new. Olive tree garden with pool is just amazing. Very cozy and beautiful. Easy to find shadow to hide from sun. Also very nice stoned arbor, excelent place for evening drinks. The area itself is very quiet with friendly people around. Amazing place for vacation with family or friends.
