Villa Perun

Villa Perun far exceeded our expectations. Friendly, generous hosts who stocked the fridge with cold meats, cheese, milk, coffee, tea, wine, fruit, salad, bread and olive oil. A plentiful supply of towels, dressing gowns, toilet paper and other items which make life so much easier whilst on holiday. The garage was stocked with paddleboards and bikes. The two double bedrooms were spacious with balconies and en-suites, the children's room with two single beds was well positioned -furthest from the stairs. The downstairs apartment was also perfect with a large bath and overhead shower. The large terrace was ideal for dining-a large table, sun umbrellas etc and a barbeque/pizza oven with table and chairs on the ground level. The garden at the rear of the villa supplied us with herbs for our meals. The villa is a few yards from the sea-sun loungers provided-perfect for paddleboarding and swimming as the bay is sheltered. The small centre is ten minutes walk away with a few restaurants and supermarkets. You can also catch water taxis over to the Island where there are more shops and many restaurants, bars etc Fabulous air conditioning-no noise to disturb sleep. We loved every minute of our holiday-we can't think of anything negative.

We just can't find any fault with this wonderful holiday villa. We had plenty of parking space for two cars and our hosts were on hand should we have had any problems.

Absolutely stunning location with immediate access to safe, beautiful sea. The house was beautiful, well equipped, and spacious. The host Marija was extremely helpful before and during our stay, and when we arrived she had provided a fridge full of local food and drink, which meant we didn't need to go the shops for a couple of days. The paddle boards, table tennis table and bikes, all free to use, were a real added bonus. The villa is in a quiet, safe location, but there were 5 or so really nice restaurants in Razanj, about a 10-15 minute walk along the lane overlooking the sea. Very handy for the boat across to Rogoznica, where more restaurants were found. Really couldn't have improved either the villa or its location.

The house is situated at the end of very quiet street. Just few meters from the sea. Kids spent all time in the water, and we could see them from the balcony of the house. Maria is a great host. She was always ready to help us when we needed. We wish to come back again.

We truely enjoyed this wonderful villa. It was very clean, quite and had the most fantastic sea view. The host Marija had filled the fridge with food when we arrived and we were warmly greated. A magnificent host. The house is placed by the sea and there are free sunbeds.

The Wi-fi was working a little on and off.
