The villas were very cutely designed and decorated

The pool chairs had vinyl covers that really needed cleaning. Better upkeep was needed to remove cobwebs and stains on curtains, etc

This place is amazingly designed. Big light rooms, 3 terraces, very comfortable beds We slept like babies Very quite and peaceful But I wouldn’t stay here for longer. I need more crowd around 😃 The prices around are very good. Spa, restaurants, anything you need to relax Unlimited water is definitely plus

The area is quite far from the harbour. Though it’s 15 minutes from Diamond Beach Curtains are very stainy, maybe because of the rains The pool was quite dirty

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Diamond Beach Villa in Nusa Penida. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 kids and booked their 3 bedroom villa. Our troubles began almost immediately upon arrival when we discovered the air conditioning in 2 rooms was not working. We had to move rooms multiple times between 1 PM and 8 PM, making us feel like nomads rather than guests on vacation. To make matters worse, the pool area was undergoing lamp maintenance while our kids were trying to swim. The staff showed no concern for the safety of the children, which was incredibly alarming. When we requested a refund due to these issues, our food order dinner and next day breakfast was abruptly denied, adding to our frustration. The villa is inconveniently located 1.5 hours away from the harbor, accessible only by narrow, treacherous roads. Our troubles didn’t end there; the toilet clogged at 7:30 PM, and the sliding door jammed later that night. We had workers going in and out of our bedrooms until late at night to carry out repairs, completely invading our privacy. Overall, our stay was marred by poor service, safety hazards, and a complete lack of concern for guests' comfort and privacy. I cannot recommend Diamond Beach Villa and advise future travelers to steer clear of this poorly managed property. For the calissa charged absolutely not worth it. We were also made aware that other guests were also complaining and compromising on the stay.

The facility was beautiful

The split level spiral staircase was not my favorite part of the house. I would have selected something else if I had known what the floor plan was like. Rooms were clean but lots of dust in the details.

The rooms were very large and the view was beatiful. The decor of the rooms matched the scenery. Very close to Diamond Beach and Thousand islands and the tree house where you can see the beatiful sunrise. Those from the property bring your meals to the villa.

The staircase going upstairs was dangerous for children. The towels were wet and had an unpleasant smell. The location is very far from the port (the road there is very bad) and there are no entertainment options in the area.

The villa was stunning and spacious. We loved the quick food service, filtered water, stocked mini bar, spacious deck overlooking the compound, and the quiet pool. The staff provided excellent service. The location was in walking distance of Atuh Beach, Diamond Beach, Tree House, and several good restaurants.

The roads were pretty bumpy getting in and out.

The property is super. We loved our 3 bedroom villa. Aesthetically appealing and clean villa from top to bottom. It was worth booking for a relaxing stay in nusa penida. Diamond beach and Atuh beach were nearby and we had a good time walking & exploring the area around the villas. Nice food and very helpful, polite staff. We could order food & beverages on whatsapp to the service number provided and it would get delivered to our villa. Pool was big enough and clean.

The property was clean and spacious. Each family member had their own space and access. We enjoyed the pool.

The property is definitely isolated. While it’s close to Diamond Beach and the treehouse, it is secluded. The drive to the property is adventurous, with amazing views.
