Cottonwood 4BR Villa Sutami with Pool Netflix BBQ

The villa is beautiful, the swimming pool is suitable for families. The division of the villa is a modern design.

The kitchen was not clean,2 drawers are broken. The tea cups  are warn out .The faucet need to be replaced, dirt stuck around it.The villa is nice but the kitchen need some attention.The kitchen water filter is broken too.

Great location. so close to town. helpful host. good security measures in place. kitchen is suitable for cooking. utensils and appliances are readily available for use. the added perk was the water dispenser which we found very useful.

towels could be replaced with new and more presentable ones cos it looked discoloured and used.

The location is strategic, just only few minutes drive to reach convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants and shopping area. What I most like is the quiet neighborhood around the villa since I have a trouble sleeping in a noisy environment. The villa itself is beautiful and well designed, the rooms upstairs are spacious, and all the bathrooms are very clean, which is being my concern when travelling. Also, the kids were very amused with the pool. Last but not least, the owner of the villa was very responsive and helpful. Thank you !

Great location, very nice house with a cool pool

it could have been cleaner for this price. There were glasses by the sink that were dirty, or it hasnt been used for a long time. The kitchen could have been tidier as well
