The property doesn't provide breakfast however it is so approachable that you can use GRUB to get the food delivered. Alternatively there are some really nice breakfast places in walkable distance.

"Lovely comfortable villa near to central Seminyak. Would recommend to any one."

The villa is very comfortable and in a great location. We loved the pool. The management company was in contact daily. All staff that we came in contact with were lovely.

Location

Upon leaving we were charged for make up stains on the linen - I mean seriously, just bleach the white linen or dry clean it - that's part of the cost. I'd hope they'd dry clean it before the next guests arrive...

Location was good. Down a narrow alley way and the motorbikes were a bit noisy

The living area needed to be updated. Lounge and seating area very uncomfortable

Clean. Efficient check in. Good for family in separate large rooms (ensure kids old enough to swim as no pool net or cover). Great location close to seminyak but nice and quiet space.

the rooms were extremely large , the pool was great and got full sun during the day , location was perfect ! even better in person than in the pictures !

lounges weren’t super comfortable but we didn’t really need to use them . there was only the 1 pool lounge and 1 bean bag so if you had 3 or 4 people staying in the villa there wouldn’t be enough but was perfect for 2 people

It was pretty much clean. Close to mini market, beaches, cafes and shops.

A lot of caterpillars coming to our area. It's not really annoying but we wish there are no caterpillars staying with us. The hot water in the shower room was very very hot, it was actually boiling, really takes time to get a nice warm water
