Eight Palms Villa Seminyak by Ini Vie Hospitality

The villa was great! The hospitality offered by the staff was a 10/10 experience- from the daily breakfast being delivered at a specific time, to having our washing arranged to the free shuttle cart around town and the warm greeting daily make us feel so welcome! I loved being able to personalise a message in flower petals on the pool also!

The rooms are large with good facilities. The pool was just perfect

A few maintenance issues had to be sorted but the staff were really good and resolved the issue very quickly.

Настроение было испорчено уже на стойке регистрации. Заселение только с 15:00 — ок, это их право. Но выселение при этом в 11:00. Позже — только “по одолжению” до 12:00, что ощущалось неприятно. Проблема с собакой: я бронировал через Booking.com с указанием питомца (есть подтверждение), но на месте сказали, что животные запрещены. Долгое решение вопроса — мы стояли на жаре, пока они связывались с менеджером. В итоге обвинили Booking в “сбое системы”. Сам процесс решения был неприятным по тону и организации. Сама вилла отличная. Рекомендую, если вы без домашних животных. Но сервис на ресепшене оставил негативное впечатление.

Breakfast was delicious! However, on our last day, three of us ordered watermelon juice, but instead, we received pineapple juice. They didn’t mention that the watermelon juice was unavailable. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. The bedding was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The pool was fantastic, and the villa itself was spotless."

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. We had booked the villa for six people, but one person couldn’t make it, and still, there were not enough dining chairs for five. There were only four chairs, and the number of cups and plates available was also limited, with enough for only four people. Additionally, while the villa had a gas stove, there were no pots or pans, and no extra cups, plates, sugar, or coffee. I believe most villas offer complimentary coffee and tea bags, but we only had two coffee sachets, four sugar sachets, and two milk sachets on the first day. We had booked the villa with a kitchen to prepare simple meals, such as boiling eggs or cooking noodles for my mother, so it would be great if the kitchen was better equipped to accommodate basic cooking needs. Fortunately, the reception staff kindly helped us find a small pan to use
