The view was great and the staff were friendly

The room was too hot the aircon wouldn't cool down the room during the day only night. There was no water for about 12 hours. Power kept cutting out.

First we were afraid to book the villa because of many bad reviews, but we liked and all was right. We didn't regret

The view from the property was stunning! The decor, the windows and the finish on the style was amazing! The porters carried our suitcases which was really kind of them, staff gave us their personal number so anytime we needed anything they were there directly! Villa was easy to find, yes down a few steps but as long as you’re able this wouldn’t be a problem. Next to a few places to get breakfast or a fresh seafood bbq on the beach! Would 1000% stay here again. Also aircon and fans were great and kept the room cool

Too loud and too many stairs to get to room, no tv

The villa itself is really beautiful, although the reviews stating there are mould patches were accurate. I felt dirty when I sat on the lounges in the dining area, and pillows and curtains in the room are dirty. If you can look past that, it’s aesthetically stunning, and the location is really lovely if you don’t mind the stairs. The on site staff were nice.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. There were issues every day, from the moment I arrived. I’d stated my time of arrival in advance and received confirmation that a porter would meet me, but no one showed up for almost an hour. I couldn’t just walk there myself as I didn’t know where it was and there was no signage. After 30 hours of travelling and flying, it sucked to have no where to go. Then, wifi and electricity would turn off randomly, toilet paper in the room was minimal and not topped up so I ran out and it took hours to obtain some, staff were late to make breakfast so I’d run late to my work meetings, or one day, I couldn’t miss the meeting so I couldn’t eat until it was over and even then, it took 45 minutes from me sitting down and asking for the food to when it came despite being the only guest. Animals had pooped on the floor and it wouldn’t be cleaned for a day. Then my contact stopped replying for days, leaving me without electricity (therefore wifi and air con, unable to work) and I found out from the restaurants the staff haven’t been paid in months so they all quit. Yet the owner said money was missing to me on the phone. I was put in the middle of this situation which was really uncomfortable for me. I was on vacation just trying to work online and didn’t want to be told about the operations. I did appreciate the owner called me when she saw I’d been trying to reach out via booking.com because none of the three numbers listed would reply to me, and felt better to know I had a way of reaching someone. My room was cleaned once in five days, I did decline a cleaning once but I couldn’t find staff the other days and it wasn’t automatic, if you needed anything, even toilet paper, you’d loose 40 minutes. Between the time I spent waiting to go into the villa, times spent waiting for staff who were late, and time spent waiting for electricity / wifi, I lost a work day if around 8 hours. Staying here cost me money, then I paid again in lost wages.

Breakfast was good, it was quiet , great view and easy to go surfing and staff were friendly.

The room we had was during the day from 10am to about 4pm to hot to be in as it collected the direct sunlight and the AC was not able to keep up so it got very hot. The place needed a bit of love

**HORRENDOUS experience. Do not trust the Instagram pictures!** We booked Villa V in Uluwatu only to find out *upon arrival* that the roof had collapsed—something they never bothered to inform us about in advance. Their communication is absolutely terrible—nobody replies to messages, and they never pick up the phone. After leaving us stranded, they promised we could come another weekend, but that never happened. Every promise they made was empty and never followed through. This experience was completely **draining**. Now I understand why they have such bad ratings. Avoid at all costs!
