Casa Nisa Seminyak

Loved the property and layout. Pool very well maintained.

Could do with a cost of paint in some places. I appreciate that the wet season is hard on building finishes.

The pool

1 - The bed was the worst i have ever seen. Springs could be felt thru the sheets and the mattress was as hard as a rock. 2 - when I asked the owner to fix the bed, she refused and was incredibly rude. Then provided a dirty mattress topper with stains. 3 - shower head was broken more than 3/4 of the water was leaking. 4 - owner requested i do not flush toilet paper and throw my faces in the bin to be removed the following day. Incredibly unhygienic. 5. When I spoke to the owner about this matter she lied and sent me a fake document pretending as if it was an official government website. 6. Dead cockroach under the sink and disgusting old gas cannister.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s perfect for a couple and totally enough space. Everything was clean and the cleaning service ladies did a very good job every day. The host was also very helpful and answered very quickly.

The neighbors behind the bedroom were very loud, so we heard them at night laughing but also even talking. That interrupted our sleep almost every night.

Loved everything about this Villa, Location was perfect so close to everything and easy access. Perfect space for a couple or friends travelling!

The bathroom was a bit dirty and smelt a little funky, but probably due to the bad water in Bali. So didn’t faze me too much.

The villa location is quite close to Seminyak beach and center ( u can walk to beach 20 min). The villa has no reception desk, the owner text u before one day to explain how to access the villa. He was very nice and replied to our requests fast. The villa has small pool and pantry, I loved the outside seating.

The shower drain was floating every shower. The pool wasn’t very clean it has tissues inside.( it was windy) The neighbors were so noisy especially in the morning.
