The Only thing I would suggest is curtains in the upstairs back bedroom need to be added to block out light and noise

Great location 5 minute walk to beach Very quiet, great facilities and super clean. The manager was very helpful and unobtrusive while doing his chores.

The only thing positive about this property was the manager Nengar.

Run down, nothing like the photos. Palm trees chopped down, no mosquito nets as in pictures. Cracks in most walls, paint flaking on walls, curtains are something from the 70’s and unclean. Villa located in a dim, dodgy lane in amongst derelict, falling down and abandoned properties. We did not feel safe at all. Villa next door filled with partying 20yr olds which had music pumping all night and kept us awake . I will NEVER return and do not recommend this villa at all. Unsafe area.

The air conditioner in the room with a balcony needs servicing/repair.
