Villa Istimewa

Was exactly like the photos! Was over the moon with the property, so spacious and had a real Bali feel to it! Large projector screen and speakers. Huge open plan living space, separated bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was Absolutley beautiful and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Location was perfect to walk into town aswell!

Hard to pick fault with the price! Slightly dated but in my opinion it adds so much character to the Villa and gives it a Bali feel! Forest themed garden so there are mosquitoes but didn’t bother us at all 🙌

Swimming pool, staff is friendly

Property is pretty old, out four bathrooms one is useable lot of mosquitoes, frogs near the pond won’t let you sleep whole night, lizard in bathroom, villa not worth the money we paid.

Ketut and the team were so friendly in making us feel welcome!

Stairs leading into the villa are a bit of a hazard being so close to the pool.

Great original Villa but it’s getting very tired.

Towels smelled mouldy and were very old. Bread board and tea towels were too worn and need replacing. My boys got eaten alive by mosquitoes everyday. There is a lot of moisture inside the downstairs kitchen and lounge cupboards attracting mosquitoes.

The staff at the villa are great. Our chef Ketut was brilliant and cooked the best food we had in Bali. In our 2 week stay we ate more at the villa than we did at restaurants and the meals he prepared in such a small kitchen without an oven was unbelievable . Good location. The pool is perfect and the ability to open up the loungeroom is awesome.. We got the villa at over a 50% discount. Security guys and cleaners were awesome. Good location in Seminyak.

Hard to find. Villa is outdated and is in need of some upkeep and repairs. Only one out of the 4 showers are usable. The air conditioners cant keep up with the heat and humidity so never get super cold and with no fans takes a bit to get used to, especially for sleeping. The Spa didn't work, the oven didn't work. If we did not get a 50% discount we would not have stayed. It is not worth the usual advertised price

We never had breakfast included but on the last day before leaving we ordered breakfast from the villa manager and was prepared freshly by cooking in the villa
