Villa JULIA | heart of Seminyak | 350m Beach

It was a gorgeous villa and loved the pool . Location was great

The road it is down is really dark at night which I didn’t love alone.

Location was impeccable, close to everything you need but in the streets enough for peace and serenity. Pool was very refreshing and villa well cleaned and maintained.

Battled for a firm pillow, minor issue..

Great location walking distance to the beach , resturants and shops. New kitchen facilities such aas coffee machine have been provided and netflix on both TVs.

Pool lounges and umbrellas could be replaced as they have rotted. This is really minimal and didn`t bother us.

Location is close to restaurants and shopping

Nothing was a problem

Location was perfect and Wayan the driver used by the Vila manager was in charge during our stay. He did an outstanding job and he is such a nice and genuine person, very informative too. The villa needs a bit of TLC, as everywhere in Bali, but the facilities are good and kept very clean. A plus for having a fridge with a nice freezer.

The Internet on the second floor is a bit ify but that is the only downside really.

Aside from the friendly and helpful service staff, this was an extreme disappointment.

The water was unusable - we had to resort to brushing our teeth and bathing our baby with bottled water. The pool has a layer of film just after one day, we did not use it after our first night. The floors felt gritty and the mosquitos were a serious problem in spite of multiple coils, repellent and patches for everyone. We woke up one morning to our takeaway box of food strewn across the dining area with the box ripped apart and the food eaten - we were told that it might have been a wild cat from around the area. The door lock also did not work on the first day and we had to waste so much time trying to figure it out just to resort to latching it manually.
