The host and caretaker karan was amazing, very helpful the food was very tasty and homely

Good room sizes and large living room. Very well maintained and great hospitality extended by its staffs.

Everything about Casa Bhimtal was perfect. The decor, ambiance and especially the food. Its a perfect staycation spot that I would love to visit again with my family and friends.

Breakfast was hot,fresh and xlent.

Our stay at Agapanthus, the 6-bedroom villa, was an absolute gem! We decided to ring in the New Year there for two nights, and boy, what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. Now, I have to spill the beans - we were a bit freaked out initially because of some seriously dodgy reviews on TripAdvisor. But but but..Our experience was the bomb! The service, the squeaky-clean vibe – everything was on point. Not a single complaint from our crew. I'm putting this review out there not because we got paid (no way!), but because we genuinely had a blast. The Villa totally blew our minds, and the staff were like our fairy godmothers – always there when we needed them. Big shoutout to Uttam Singh ji, the Villa manager. This guy was our savior from the get-go. He hooked us up with the local cake shop, found us a singer, and even gave us a sneak peek of the Villa over a video call because we were a bit spooked after those bad reviews. So, on a scale of 1 to 100, I'd rate this place 110. No kidding, I'm waving the "Highly Recommend" flag for Agapanthus. It's the real deal for an awesome stay!

The property was located in a little, isolated nook a few mins drive away from BhimTal, away from the crowds and the noise around near the lake. The property in itself was amazing. We booked the Magnolia Villa for 7 people and really enjoyed our stay. The property was very well maintained by the staff and had a lot of dedicated spaces for members of the family/group to sit together and enjoy a conversation or a cup of tea or just enjoy a movie perhaps. The rooms were huge and all were ensuite. The staff was very cooperative and were very active in catering to our needs: The breakfast was homely and very tasty - prepared by two lovely ladies and served by the staff. We also enjoyed a game of badminton on the court just right outside the villa which was amazing too.

The approach road was not the best - not the easiest to navigate. In the morning, we faced a minor issue regarding the hot water. My only guess is that perhaps the water was not centrally heated and individual bathrooms had their own water geyser.
