Hi, I was not happy with the service. I understand that the chef/caretaker was injured and was not able to prepare the meals, but we expected a better service. He didn't ask about the next day's breakfast. When we asked in the morning he said we should have informed the night before. I believe there was some spat between the husband and wife (caretakers) which lead them giving cold vibes, which was not comforting at all. In the night we ordered food from outside but the main gate was closed and dogs were barking there. I asked them to go and open the gate. I was told to go by myself. They had charged additional 500 for cleaning the dishes (though communicated during check-in), this is not experienced in any of the bookings I have done previously (non Saffron stays). I expected better service from an organisation like saffron stays. I have had much better services from stand alone villas in Lonavala, at much cheaper rates. Utterly disappointed.

The property is very nice and clean.

The caretaker is a little rude. Need water bottles.

Property was very well maintained. staff was very helpful. Service was good. Will definitely recommend this to others.

Pool size is quite small Kitchen should have a gas stove to cook light snacks/ bites
