Neville's Villa - Pet friendly with Pool

Overall it was a decent stay

During the last day the current was switched off, causing us a lot if inconvenience. We were told there was a power failure. However while leaving we noticed the washing machine was functioning. This left a bad taste in the end.

Very clean and nicely maintained with proper modern kitchen facilities..had a wonderful stay..

Nothing

Prefer a full time cook at d villa.

No swings for kids.

The Villa is well constructed and spacious Great Swimming pool Good Balconies Big bedrooms Owner ( who resides abroad) is courteous Our stay was extended by the owner complimentarily to compensate for the bathroom distress

1. The caretakers careless attitude - kept saying things were working , without even checking them. 2. Utilities weren't checked before handing over. 3. Power kept going on the top floor. 4.. Both Master bathroom hot water taps were damaged which caused us trouble due to non stop boiling water . Eventually we couldn't use both master bathrooms and had to use the 2 common bathrooms. This could have been a safety hazard and could have been avoided if the caretaker had checked it before handing over. 5. They could have provided basic tea coffee facilities.
