Ode Villa Oia Caldera & Sunset View

The location was amazing, definitely needed our quad bikes to get around. Gorgeous spot for the sunset!

where to start… too many things… - Customer Service by local agent, rude and disrespectful. - lack of consistency and logic with covid rules. not making covid rules public before booking. Raising rude text messages with owner who took no action. - not publishing late check out fees in advance - Oia town is at least 3/4 mile up a very steep hill (if you have mobility issues you will need a car). Parking is also a real issue in the town. Fira is a much better option. - billed as luxury, my photos clearly show it’s not. - villa billed as private, sun-loungers etc can be seen from apartment upstairs - noise from people staying in apartment above. - security safe not working or checked before our arrival, no apology or offer of alternative security. - constant smell of bad drains. - curtains too small for windows Many other smaller issues, too many to mention. if like us you value your holiday time I would not recommend staying here as hotels in Oia or Fira are better value and offer a much better experience.
