Everything! The views are fantastic, the private beach as well. Appartments are very clean, sunny and nice. And the host was wonderful, helped with everything and showed places to visit, and even made last night dinner as a gift. You couldn’t ask for more! The property has a wonderful garden and everything you need for sunbathing and activities on water. Whereas in the walking distance you can reach LemonTree taverna for local meal.

The only things that could be improved but doesn’t lower my evaluation of excellence: 1) the power outlets near the beds are not enough for nowadays. You can either plug in night lamp or charger not both. 2) although we quite valued daily room service with clean floor mats, made up beds and washed dishes, folding the clothes left on chair and reorganizing papers left on the table was a bit much for our Northern European nationality.

Everything and everyone! Perfect tranquility, attention to detail, delicious breakfast delivered to your balcony with perfect discreet service. The apartment and grounds were immaculate. Everything made you feel relaxed and calm in an idyllic haven by the beautiful sea. The hosts and staff went above and beyond to welcome you.

it was paradise..located on northeast side of Zakynthos away from all the touristy congested things. you need to rent a car if you wish to see the island which we did from the airport before arriving. Katharine the owner and her staff were exceptional. we were greeted upon arrival once unpacked our host sat down with us on our beautiful balcony viewing the Ionian Sea and showed us a map of the island, places we might want to see and made several restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed.restaurant Bassia, Cave Daminas and steps from the villa Amoudi beach restaurant. the villa was cleaned daily and the ordered breakfast served on your porch was lovely. ( for 18 euros you had a magnificent selection of eggs, waffles, pancakes, fresh squeezed Orange juice, coffee, fruit, bacon,omelets, spinach or cheese pie. we also requested little sandwiches so we could take on our adventures during the day. we bought snorkels down the street and small local mini groc stores…every night enjoyed local wine purchased there. Friendly staff and it has its own beach front and lounging area… very private. This is the only place we would stay on Zakynthos and will recommend to everyone. Boat rental for a day- captains boat rental economy boat -no license required -the Sea water is the most brilliant blue we have ever seen!

we loved the location at the waterfront, just a few steps from the sea and a sandy beach, nice lawn with sun beds to relax, canoe and stand-up-paddle for all to use. the villa was comfortable with all amenities, well equipped kitchen, good wifi, comfortable beds and AC in all rooms. you can even enjoy some figs from the tree in the summer. the whole staff is very welcoming and friendly, Katerina helped us to organize activities such as a boat tour. you can find a few tavernas in short walking distance. each morning we could enjoy a breathtaking sunrise from our balcony.
