Vansari Serenity Villa

Everyone had their own space. Peaceful and quiet.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Not enough fridge/freezer space for a family of 5 and Villa staff were no where to be seen majority of our stay. Saw gardener heaps but did not understand much English. Office area was closed for majority of visit and the Wifi kept cutting out.

Villa is spacious.

The villa is spacious. However, it requires immediate renovation due to its aging condition. The bathroom exhibits visible stains, cracked tiles, and an unpleasant sewage odor. Despite the villa’s aesthetic appeal, the standards of hygiene and cleanliness are notably insufficient. Families with young children should be advised that the pool maintains a uniform depth of 1.5 meters throughout. On a positive note, the host/manager demonstrated kindness, hospitality, and prompt responsiveness. It is strongly recommended that the property owner undertake comprehensive refurbishment of the villa. I do not intend to return until such improvements have been made.

Personale fantastico, super accogliente, qualsiasi problematica risolta in meno di 10 minuti. Posizione buona, villa fantastica, pulizia delle camere e del salone all’aperto impeccabile

L’unica nota negativa è la pulizia della cucina e degli utensili da cucina.
