Had a nice stay. The location is nice and away from the city hustles and nicely made up villa. Kids had fun on the bunk bed It's a recommended place for small groups of 7-8 people friends and family The owners are professional and understanding. The caretaker was very helpful.

The property faces a hill and the scenic beauty of it was cherished. If your plan is to cut off from everything then this is a great place. The community swimming pool looked lovely but we couldn't use it due to the rains. My daughter was thrilled with her mezzanine loft bed and that was the only redeeming bit.

We had to change to another location within a day due to the problems we faced. There were some bits that might can be attributed to our bad luck but there are some that aren't. The road to the property from the highway is in a very bad shape for a significant stretch. This place is pretty far from most touristy sites in Lonavala and you will have to pay a toll every time to drive over to those places. The house was spare and minimally furnished. We had to request for a change in the bedsheets on arrival (I would have expected these to be in place before our arrival). The towels we were provided were not the kinds we would use. Fortunately, we were carrying towels. The plaster from the ceilings was peeling everywhere and the damp smell in the house was strong. We had to move because water and electricity simply wasn't there and the toilets hence could not be used. It was quite miserable for us filling buckets and pouring it into the WC. The property owner was very kind to shift us to another property within the community, which was significantly better with water, electricity, kitchen utensils and much more.

Liked the overall arrangement and caretaker Gopal was really helpful whenever anything came up. Spacious rooms with big enough balcony to fit at least 5 persons as well as terrace access was amazing.

Swimming pool is shared but that's how the place is built and we did not have any problems to use the pool.

I like the rooms as it was clean. Location is beautiful

The smell of a room . I think they should have a proper room freshner . It was not a worth . I gave 12k for one day which was really expensive and not a single person came for room service in between. They should really provide these things.
