While searching in Google for a good homestay near Kozhencherry to attend a marriage function, I stumbled on this property, Swasthigriha Homestay which is just 3 Kms from Kozhencherry, in Aranmula. My selection didn't disappoint us since I was travelling all the way from the US with my wife and 2 children. The warm welcome from the host,Mr. Varma and his caretaker Mr. Rajendran chettan,from the beginning, made us feel very welcome and as if we are are visiting our own relatives. They truly follow the golden mantra in the hospitality industry "athithi devo bhava" The property is well maintained, and the inside ambiance is not just good, but luxurious. We booked the suite room, which has a big master bedroom with attached bathroom, living, dining, and a full kitchen with gas and stove top, which made us feel like our own home. The complimentary breakfast which we selected from the breakfast menu (puttu and kadala curry) was delicious. Overall a memorable stay experience. Thank you Mr. Varma and Rajendran chettan for your wonderful hospitality.

It is suitable for only 4 people. Not so clean

Good location and not a big task to find good breakfast nearby. They have a fantastic kitchen and it you take some things for prepare breakfast, it would be very nice.

The host was excellent. Even thou he was not around, he kept calling us to ensure we were comfortable. The care taker Mr Rajendran was wonderful. Provided all help needed. Down to earth and courteous along with excellent service. Will definitely recommend.

❤️ I felt so very welcome! Sooo... Size of the room? Perfect! Comfy bed? Yes! Facilities? Great! Location? Awesome! One of my favorite places in India ever... Thank you so very much for these three days! I hope I'll get a chance to be back soon.
