最高のロケーションで、朝夕の備瀬散歩をのんびりゆったり楽しむことができました。部屋の使い勝手がよく、内装もおしゃれで、すこぶる快適でした。メールやLINEでの質問にも親切に対応していただき安心できました。備瀬に行くなら、また利用したいです。

広くてよかった

虫が多い、到着してすぐ天井に虫がいて怖かった

フクギ並木や美ら海水族館、パイナップルパーク、ジャングリア、エメラルドビーチ等、観光地へのアクセスが抜群です。 周りにいいお店も多い(24時までやってる焼き鳥屋さんもあってよかった)。

風呂に蜘蛛の巣が張っていたり、部屋に蟻が数匹いたりしましたが、小量でしたので許容範囲内でした。

Clean beds (I think).

Within the first 10 minutes of arriving, I found cockroach or mouse poop all over the kitchen counters, the fridge, and the floor. I also found a giant salamander, some dead centipedes, and a dead cockroach. The outdoor patio furniture was not what was pictured and half of it was not even there. No umbrella, no cushions on the lounge chairs, no swing, a beat up table, and a much older tub. The outside patio was buried in dirt and leaves, and the tub was filled with the same poop/feces as whatever was in the kitchen. I immediately notified the owner, to which they replied that they didnt have time to clean it because we arrived at 1410 instead of 1500. And we had simply said we were in the area and asked where the parking was. Without responding, he showed up, found us, and asked if we wanted to check in, so we said sure. There were no cleaning supplies and no broom, so we couldn't use the outside facilities during our stay and I had to buy Disinfectant for the kitchen. They basically said they'd consider what I said for future customers, but I checked the reviews later and found some similar complaints. I suggested a possible partial refund which they ignored. I will likely report this place and try to get a refund.

Very good location, well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

After we arrived, we did not recieve answers for our questions via the phone. Anyway, everything was super.

We would prefer to have BBQ and functioning umbrella for added privacy. We emailed owner for bbq and did not receive a response.
