Riad Matias Galé - Luxury Villa with private pool, AC, free wifi, 5 min from the beach

A very unique villa with a Moroccan theme. It was well laid out and equipped to a high modern standard. It was close to shops, local amenities and the beach. Diogo and his family were very responsive and helpful. Diogo in particular was very proactive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is outstanding. Super clean, contemporary, extremely well equipped and really quite unique with its Moroccan theme. We were celebrating a 60th Wedding anniversary and the host family went out of their way to make it an extra special occasion. The 2 outdoor/indoor Moroccan style tents were simply wonderful. The fabulous pool was kept nice and warm with an overnight cover and the sun beds are super comfy. The villa is situated on a kind of villa estate so you have immediate neighbours. Sea views from the huge first floor terrace are lovely. There are several beaches and restaurants within walking distance, but also easy to drive to if mobility an issue. We highly recommend this villa.

Amazing hosts, gorgeous modern and clean villa in a quiet residential neighbourhood, great location close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket - we couldn't have asked for more!

The hosts met us on arrival with a chilled bottle of Portuguese Rose on ice. They showed us around the villa and also took the time to give us a quick drive to beach, supermarket etc. to help us find our way.

We loved everything.

The Villa had everything we needed and the decor was beautiful , every room had stunning features. The pool and outside area were great with plenty of space . The location was great and in a lovely neighbourhood. We stayed here without a car and managed just fine walking to places and getting Ubers at night. Would highly recommend this Villa . The hosts were happy to help throughout the whole process and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Where to start with this villa? Upon our arrival we were welcomed into the house by the hosts (easily the BEST hosts we have ever experienced on our travels), so friendly and welcoming. They gave us a tour of the property and it very quickly became clear that this was a very special place. When you walk in through the sliding doors you are greeted by the amazing decor, this is all done to a very high standard, and it creates a very high quality and unique design. The overall cleanliness was superb, every room was spotless. The Villa was kitted out with high spec appliances, from the kitchen to the en-suite bathrooms, everything was thought of. The pool area was amazing, our three-year-old son had me in there at 7am every morning and at every opportunity throughout the day! The pool cover works so well at using the suns heat to keep the water at a lovely temperature. As for the location, the main beach is approx. 10 mins walk from the villa, situated on the beach are 4 beach bars all serving food and wonderful drinks, travelling with a 3 month old baby and a 3 year old this was perfect. The beaches themselves were some of the nicest we have seen in Europe. Also, there are plenty of restaurants all within a 10/15 minute walk, special nod the Italian, Massa Fina Praia da Galé, incredible food. Overall this Villa was a definite 10/10 - thanks again to Fernando & Tila for their hospitality and also to Diogo, his contact throughout the booking process was excellent, he arranged airport transfers for our arrival/departure and he was always there to answer any of our questions. Also, added bonus points for the Moroccan outfits, so much fun on our party night! Thank you Fernando, Tila & Diogo for an amazing holiday - we will 100% be coming back!
