the owners are very delightful they picked up and dropped us at the airport very facilitating owners

Great host. Very warm and welcoming. Provided free shuttle service to and from villa. Also able to arrange car hire. We used Grab taxi service. No issues.

Dogs howling and barking at night. They were otherwise friendly.

Great stay at this accommodation. We had some concerns due to certain reviews (issues with the bathtub, dog noises, cleanliness, etc.), but the night went very well! If you're afraid of small creatures (like geckos), this place might not be for you. However, if you want to be surrounded by nature, this place will be perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host. We were greeted with a fridge stocked with fresh water, as well as coffee and tea. The location is beautiful, with the sounds of birds and sometimes monkeys. A few dogs spend the night under the villa, but they are very friendly and don't make any noise. They barked once or twice during the night, but it only lasted a few seconds and wasn't disturbing. As for the bathtub issues, they have been fixed, and everything worked perfectly. In the morning, the host brought a delicious local breakfast to our terrace around 8:30 AM (fruits, Malaysian pastries, etc.), all while squirrels played in the trees. The day before, we returned from a kayaking trip with humid and dirty clothes. The host kindly offered to wash and iron everything for a small fee. It was very pleasant to have clean clothes ready when we woke up for breakfast. Thank you again for this wonderful stay!

Our host was amazing! She was very kind, generous and always happy to be of service. We really appreciated how helpful and accommodating she was. The villa was lovely. It was clean, well equipped, functional and cozy. The luscious green surroundings were incredibly beautiful. It was peaceful yet vibrant and lively in the most natural way. The full glass doors/windows created a wonderful ambience and allowed us to admire nature and spot wildlife from the villa. We also to go enjoy the company of the local dogs. The two little brown strays were so sweet, we miss them already!

The villa could use some updating on the inside, however, the old furnishing does add to its charm. Plus, I believe the owner has lots of exciting plans to renovate and expand the villas in the near future anyway. One improvement we would suggest is to add railings to the stairs going up into the villa. While ‘kampung’ houses traditionally do not have this feature, it is a safety concern, especially when it’s wet and slippery as it can become a fall/injury risk.

The property picks you up from the airport, which was a great thing. It looks cool and nestle in the forest. BUT, they failed to let us know that there was no water supply, and upon communication, we told them there was not possible that we are staying without being able to take shower. They refused to admit that there is no water (toilet tank would not fill up after 1 flush, and the stream of water was so small that if you shampoo your hair, you would not be able to wash it out). They insisted that that is water, just not fast. We ended up checking in to another hotel which provided proper water. Villa Sri Kampung also refused to provide refund being not able to provide basic necessity - water. The bathtub in the villas are also not like what you see in the picture. It is old and the plastic was peeling, storing gunk. You will not want to take a bath in it.

The Host is the best thing about this Villa. She fetched us from the ferry Terminal and even drove us to our next accomodation. She is very very friendly, brought us breakfast every morning and even brought us Snacks when we studied for a diving course. The location is awesome! Lots of nature around us (except one neighbour) with lizards and one da even monkeys.

The Villa doesnt have a shower, just the schowerhead and a bathtub. A few floortiles are loose.

Beautiful property, Got transfer facility from ferry terminal, surrounded by lush greenery.

The breakfast was different every time, always fresh, home made and delicious

We had some ants roaming around a bit - but to be expected given the location surrounded by the lush greens ! The shower pressure could be better, but again, it is important to remind oursleves we are on an island !
