Staff were very helpful and the villa was very clean and well cared for, the staff made breakfast for a very small and reasonable charge, made the beds and did dishes and rubbish daily and changed linen and towels regularly. We felt very well cared for ☺️

Lighting in the upstairs bathrooms could be improved

"Be Back Villa."

Loved the Space . The cooked breakfast cooked in the Villa.. Relaxing round the pool, and able to contact the staff if required..

Just needed brighter lighting over the sink area, for shaving, putting on makeup and possibly a long mirror . ( to see yourself before you go out ).

We had a lovely stay in kuta. The villa was beautiful and big. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was good and fast when request it.The breakfast was nice.

For the negative points, the AC and toilet needs a regular service and maintenance (we had a problem with the AC for 2 days). There were a lot of mosquito so it will be good if there was a mosquito repellent electric device in the villa. The villa was only cleaned superficially.
