VILLA KOUTSOYPIA STONE HOUSE

On arrival after collecting the keys a lady greeted us. Although she spoke limited English she used her phone and she was very helpful. She visited each day to clean the pool and pool area. She always had a smile. The villa was cleaned to a very high standard. The bedding and towels also excellent. The villa is so peaceful and relaxing. We did not want to leave. It is located in beautiful countryside set amongst olive trees . Honestly its so beautiful. A car is essential to get around the island and the villa is not walking distance to the shops etc. We loved it and hope to return. A massive thankyou.

The villa is very traditional. It is very dark inside but also very cool. I am not complaining there is lighting but coming into it out of the sunshine takes a little adjusting too.

Very private indeed. All posh mod cons! Going back next year defo!!

Pool Cleaning needed to be much earlier before we got up. Say 6-30 - 7-30 latest. But did not affect our stay.

We loved our stay in Villa Koutsoypia Stone House. The place exceeded our expectations and the level of tranquility and peace in this Villa is not matched by any of the other places we've stayed in, in Kefalonia. Pool excellent. Interior decoration with an antique touch but at the same time a solid modern structure. This is a estate in which a lot of resources and time have been invested in and you will not regret booking this magnificent property. Worth to mention Maria which made everything super easy for us. We'll be back.

There's nothing we didn't like in this spectacular villa.

The villa was gorgeous! The views, the pool and the location were exactly what we were looking for! We did hire a car so we could reach the villa from the airport and travel around the island which I highly recommend

Almost everything about this villa and pool is high-end. Great pool, bbq, kitchen, living room and bed room. Super spacious, it would be easy to live here for a couple of months. It's a short drive to town for groceries, Butcher, baker and plenty of restaurants. The pool is very private.

I like a firmer bed, the mattress in the master bedroom is starting to sag a bit. A nonstick frying pan for the kitchen would be nice.

Beautiful setting, one of the best views ever. very comfortable spotless new house. very private.

beware of using Google maps to get there. it doesn’t have the new road access from the main road and took us down mikes if gravel paths when we were 59 yards away. A few essentials would be welcome like oil and vinegar and dishwasher tablets.
