View was beautiful and the garden area is lovely

It’s a long walk ! And a bit dark at night to navigate

The outside terrace is what makes this property. The pool is amazing in the Capri heat. The communication with those who run the property is also good - we had an issue with the fuse box and the owner was happy to help via video call even though it was quite late at night which was very much appreciated. We also really liked the location (after the initial trauma of dragging our luggage up the hill - would highly suggest luggage porters!)it’s a little out of the main town so nice and peaceful, and near the natural arch with lovely restaurants near by. There is also a local supermarket which is much more affordable (and less hills) than going back into town.

Main thing to note is this is only accessible by foot. Assuming you get to the island via ferry and arrive at the port, you need to get the furnicular up to the main square which is around €3. Once there, you reach the property by foot which is around a 20 minute walk, 15 of which is pretty much all uphill. In the Capri heat with a suitcase this might be a little challenging for some. The inside could also do with some TLC, small things like lack of knives and kitchen roll/kitchen towels etc. some of the garden furniture was a little tatty too. Though it is completely comfortable and you wouldn’t say this should put you off booking.

I had the worst walking experience

- Stunning views - Quiet location, away from tourist hotspots and close to viewpoints - Modern, well-maintained garden

- Lack of Communication: Emailed and messaged via booking.com for check-in instructions with no response. Eventually contacted a phone number on WhatsApp, and was passed between several people. - Lack of Privacy: The gardener entered the property without any notice, and the garden is overlooked by a pathway. - Broken Facilities: Issues included a non-functional dishwasher, broken Bluetooth speaker, loose toilet seat, broken kitchen door shutters, and hot tub jets that I assume don't work properly as they are so weak. - Cleanliness: The garden table and beanbag were filthy, and the shower curtain was mouldy.

Amazing location and views to die for! The host was so gracious and helpful… a few feet away from Michelin Star restaurant as well as amazing cafés and restaurants… the garden overlooking the sea and the great Lime Stone Arch… boom your stay here!

We were so lucky to have found this beautiful gem! The place was great, equiped with everything you need, very clean and tidy! we felt at home immediately! But the combination of the spacious terasse, the whirlpool and the amazing view are what sets this place so far ahead of every other place! we still can‘t get over this magnificent view that we had the honour to see! The owner was so very kind and welcoming!
