Phillip Island Resort Villa 148 Amazing Views

The whole place is just amazing. With everything they have to offer, there's no need to move away from the villa property. Would recommend it to anyone looking at a fantastic place to stay all in reach f everthing Philip Island has to offer

This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The apartment itself lacked care — dusty surfaces, little bugs everywhere, lights full of dead bugs, and sinks covered in grime. But the issue wasn’t even the lack of cleanliness at first; we were willing to let that go. The main problem started when the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. We tried to troubleshoot it ourselves, clearly following the instructions the host sent, which didn’t even match the instructions manual in the room. When that didn’t work, we called the number provided with no answer, so we messaged the host. Instead of support, we received complete lack of care. We explained that we were on a two-night getaway to relax and that our child was unwell after a 3-hour drive with hayfever. Rather than showing any understanding, the host sent us an unpleasant message referring to a policy about “unwell guests.” The only reference in the information provided was about COVID, and being unwell does not mean someone has COVID. After this, we requested a refund from Bookings due to the disgusting service. Instead of resolving anything, we received a very unprofessional and abusive phone call with further threats. The host even mentioned having our full name and address in a way that felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. We were then told to leave the property immediately at 8:30pm — which we gladly did. It’s clear from other reviews that whenever guests offer any form of criticism — even when paired with positive comments — the host reacts rudely and unprofessionally. Unfortunately, we experienced the same behaviour, and the situation escalated to the point where we no longer felt safe. This entire experience was unacceptable, distressing, and genuinely frightening. We would definitely recommend you think twice before ever booking this accommodation.

The vila felt cosy & peaceful. The large living room windows provided lots of natural light & nice views of the surrounding nature. The kids loved all the resort facilities as well as watching all the wildlife. The villa had everything we needed for comfortable and happy stay.

Our hosts were absolutely amazing. Communication between us was very easy and quick. The villa was beautiful and close to the pool, spa, gym etc. Highly recommend gor a relaxing stay with family/friends. We have found our regular stay away!

I wouldn't change a thing.

Fijne plek om te verblijven. Ons huisje had een prachtig uitzicht. Alles zag er netjes uit.

The location was great. Lot's of bunnies and birds around the property,even cowes. The villa was cosy and clean.

The health club was very close to our villa. We wanted to use the sauna, but noticed the temperature was 39c both days. When we spoke to reception, they mentioned that it was in repair. There was no sign next to it, and they couldn't give us a timeframe when it would be fixed. They pointed out to use the other sauna, which was further away, but was slightly bigger with the correct temperature. I would also recommend having a shower next to the sauna and a change room.

Family friendly environment, the Villa was lovely, comfortable and clean. The children had a fabulous time. We loved the surrounding nature. My children, loved watching the rabbits and geese wo derived about, the cows greeting us at the fence were an added bonus 😊.
