Villa Ozias a modern,spacious, swimmig pool villa.

Great facilities. Quiet. Very comfortable for 4 couples. Fairly easy walk into Gaios for great variety of bars and restaurants.

It was about 15 mins walk uphill from Gaios which was fine. In summer it might be an issue if you were older/pregnant etc. Might be worth hiring a car if you have any mobility issues. Taxis are not always available.

Privacy was good. Open views across the valley. Close enough to town to have pleasant stroll. Spacious rooms.

The villa itself is very nice.

There is a new villa being built right next door, almost adjoining Villa Ozias, builders working on site, very ugly to look at from pool terrace, outside seating area etc and spoilt view of the sea. This is not shown in any of the photos so it was a shock to see on arrival.

The villa itself was fantastic - ensuite for each of the four bedrooms. Plenty of room inside and out for seven guests to spread out. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony and the various outdoor spaces to relax, eat and drink. The pool was wonderful as was the outdoor lounging and eating areas. If anything, the villa description and photos didn't do it justice. Cleaners came every 2 or 3 days and did an excellent job. Paxos and the town of Gaios are beautiful places to spend time.

Everything was wonderful - if we are being picky, we would have liked the beach towels to have been replaced and a few more glasses and utensils (e.g scissors and bread knife) for the kitchen.

House, location, facilities and easy access via the agent made this a superb holiday on a spectacular island.

Minor concern over effort to open and close the large main gate, just needs to be maintained.
