"Fabulous outdoor living, superb views and amazing pool. . Bedrooms disappointing."

The views and general areas of the villa are exceptional. Lovely pool, great outdoor living area with uber comfortable sofas.

The downstairs bedrooms have no natural light and look onto a wall, they are very dated and are a separate villa. The kitchen although well equipped literally has no basics ie no salt, no oil, no washing up liquid. Again Bathrooms have no soap or shower gel.

Gorgeous location, close to beach, very comfortable , amazing terrace with stunning view . Extremely helpful and delightful owner

Layout was fine for us as we were all adults but if you are a family with young children be warned that 2 of the bedrooms are in fact a downstairs entirely separate unit with separate entrance and key . Master bedroom is upstairs not connected internally to the downstairs unit. The set up is perfect for teenagers though or couples/ friends travelling together

The villa was just perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The terrace was very large with lovely sea views and plenty of comfortable furniture. The private pool was larger than I expected and also extremely clean. There was a lovely shared pool available, though we didn't make use of this. Melissa was a great host and was in communication with us right from the start with help on which ferry to catch and then with good restaurant suggestions. Louiza, who collected us from the port, was also really helpful and friendly. The pebble beach is a few minutes walk away and has a lovey restaurant on site. The beautiful old port of Gaios is a 40 minute walk away with many shops and restaurants. There is a small village with a couple of restaurants about a 30 minute walk away but you do need a bit of stamina to get up those hills! We used a taxi several times and found them reasonable and very reliable.
