Villa Brisa do Mar by Algarve Holidays

La barbacoa talvez más cerca del área de piscina para poder ver a los niños , y algunos muebles un poco antiguos

The villa is a typical Portuguese and we felt originally built for family maybe rather than rental. It was so spacious. Everything you needed inside the villa. Clean and comfortable for its age.

The outside area desperately needs some tlc. From just inside the gate broken and uneven paving stones which proved to be quite dangerous when returning at night and I fell on the step. The outside sofa and chairs by the pool had ripped worn out cushions. The bbq area table was amazing but the benches were uncomfortable and not good for children or the elderly to sit on. Both sun umbrellas were broken at the base that could have been mended. The two windows at floor level by the pool table have torn off covering with constantly ripped away and blew around. The pool had at least 12 floor tiles missing left loose in the bottom. But the most annoying thing was the broken shutter catches!!! So cheap to replace but virtually all broken. We had wind on our stay and unless we kept them shut and bolted all night they would constantly slam shut with wind. This was very annoying. We have owned and visited this area for 29 yrs now. The past 17 yrs we have rented numerous properties large and small. We have to say this was one of our favourite villas but sadly let down by the outside areas and furniture. ☺️ It Does Not have a safe as advertised. Shower in main upstairs bedroom needs attention desperately.

Clean spacious and spot on

Size was good. Location was great. It was clean and pool was nice

The location, pool, it was very spacious. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.

There were a lot of ants and some areas looked a little tired. The shower tray & screen in one of the bathrooms was very shabby.

Location was good, near supermarket and beaches.

Kitchen was dated and smelled musty. There were no dining table or chairs poolside as was advertised in photo on website, when we asked we were told to use table and unmoveable, uncomfortable stone bench at back of villa.

A lot of space for two families. Nice and quiet (off season) location. Comfortable beds. Perfect grill zone. Privat car parking, pool area. Very nice and tidy green zone near grill area. We realy liked our stay there and all Algarve region

Villa is in age, so it is normal that there are some old details, damaged pool bottom and kitchen floor tiles, becouse of wet climate there was some a bit moldy places, but in general we still liked the villa and woul love go back
